Frank Field has supported the Energy Bill Revolution by signing parliamentary EDM 47, calling on the government to use the money it gets from carbon taxes to make homes super-energy efficient.

I have given my support to this campaign to tackle fuel poverty particularly because of the terrible impact that fuel poverty has on our children. Not least the associated respiratory and mental health problems but cold housing also negatively affects how children perform at school and their emotional well-being. I am also in discussions with key agencies on additional ways to tackle the scandal of fuel poverty. - Frank Field MP
